| Welcome to Field Robot Chronicles! |
|
Greetings fellow Adventurebot! It’s Erin RobotZwrrl here, and I’m stoked to reboot our newsletter and give a re-introduction to our initiatives. If you’re no longer interested, you can unsubscribe here. You might remember us from these projects: |

| Wait, why am I receiving this? |
|
You are receiving this because *unrolls a long papyrus scroll and checks notes* Erin’s talk at TEDxOttawa (virtual) - 2020 Chances are, it has been a while. Welcome back! We’re not here to sell, just to reconnect and share cool robot updates. If you’re no longer interested, you can unsubscribe here. Here’s what you can look forward to in the Field Robot Chronicles: Photos & videos of our robots in nature Highlights from community events (Robot In The Park) Behind the scenes updates on our robot development (Robot Missions)
The newsletter will be sent approximately once a month — unless one of our robots does something particularly epic! This experiment will be for 6 months. |

| We’re
gearing up for the upcoming field season. Fresh robots, fresh air,
through local initiatives. We think you might enjoy it! Updates on that
will be shared through this newsletter. |

a look at Robot Butterfly in nature in autumn, with the nice warm
glowing colours of the season. ☺️ Robots in nature will be a regular
feature of the newsletter. |

It’s
still Erin steering the ship here, with support along the way from
volunteer collaborators (huge thanks to them!). If you’re interested in
following the journey, we’d be thrilled to have you along! Oh
yeah! Feel free to reply to this email if you want, let us know where
you remember our robots from, and/or how you envision robots and nature
working together in the year 2025. It would be cool to hear from
any of you! |
